Makers Market
Art in Penallt 2025.
Applications for 2025 are now open. Deadline for submission Monday 31 March 2025 .
This year’s event takes place 23rd - 25th August 2025 across three locations in Penallt Village - Pelham Hall, The Bush Inn and Gwent Wildlife Trust’s Pentwyn Barn.
A forum for talented local artists and Makers to exhibit, promote and sell their work
Alongside the main exhibition, Art in Penallt also brings together an eclectic mix of artists, makers and crafters in the Makers Market.
This year the Makers Market will also be part of the art trail in the village, from Pelham Hall to the beautiful grounds of The Bush Inn overlooking the stunning Wye Valley.
So, come and join us and browse the works of potters, printmakers, glass artists, woodturners, jewellers and many more for what promises to be a wonderful weekend supporting local talent.
The selection committee meets following the submission deadline and then gets in touch with all applicants with the outcome of the selection process and with further information for selected stallholders.
Art in Penallt, supporting local charities, is a non-profit organisation, dedicated to promoting contemporary art in the local community. Founded in 2011, the organisation has grown to become a leading showcase for emerging and established artists in the region, attracting over 1000 visitors in 2023.
